Our Junior Dragons Spring Development focuses on providing athletes with the proper training for their skill level. With a emphasize on the fundamentals of Hockey from a young age, we see a greater mental and physical understanding of the sport for years to come. Spring Development offers many advantages for athletes on and off the ice. Jr. Dragons Spring Development aims to develop not only great hockey players, but empowering unrealized potential through Hard Work, Relentless Preparation, and Team Unity.
Off ice training will be designed to target the athlete’s strength, explosiveness and endurance. These outcomes must first be achieved by creating a strong foundation of movement, that reduces unnecessary injury caused by poor movement patterns. This will be emphasized in the gym through mobility, and stability exercises before progressing into high intensity work. Our small group size ensures each athlete receives individualized feedback to help them grow and develop as an athlete!
