Dragons acquire Borbely from the Kindersley Klippers

DRUMHELLER,AB- The Drumheller Dragons have acquired 1999 born defenceman Brendon Borbely from the Kindersley Klippers (SJHL) in exchange for brothers Nate and Clay Keeley (98').

Borbely, a 5'10″ left shot defenceman, suited up for 57 games last season with the Klippers, registering 1 goal and 11 assists. Borbely started his career in the AJHL with the Lloydminster Bobcats, playing 38 games during the 2016/2017 campaign.

Heading to Kindersley is the 20 year old brother duo of Nate and Clay Keeley, who spent two seasons in Drumheller. Nate Keeley (F) played 103 regular season games resgistering 19 points. Clay Keeley(D) suited up for 118 regular season games and added 8 points during his Dragon's career.
