January 7th, 2020- Drumhller, AB: The Drumheller Dragons have acquired 1999-born goaltender Chris Curr from the Fort McMurray Oil Barons in exchange for future considerations. Curr, a native of St.Albert,AB, has spent the past 3 seasons with the Oil Barons and appeared in 77 games for the AJHL North Division club. His career AJHL numbers include a 2.80 GAA & .911 SV%. Curr has also appeared in 17 playoff games (9-8) and posted a 2.58 GAA & .918 SV% in the post-season. The 20-year-old netminder has been a AJHL Defensive player of the week recipient and was named to the 17’/18′ AJHL North All Rookie Team.
