Drumheller, AB: The Dragons are excited to announce that we have acquired 2007 born forward, Jaxen Smyth, and future considerations from the Devon Xtreme in exchange for future considerations!
Smyth recorded 9 goals and 15 points in 52 games played last season with the Devon Xtreme. The 6’0″ forward also had 55 penalty minutes. Smyth, who hails from Red Deer, played his minor hockey with the Red Deer Chiefs U18 AAA team where he produced 62 points in 76 games over two seasons before playing his first year of junior hockey last season. Jaxen adds another big body up front and provides important depth to the Dragons forward group.
