The Mustangs travelled to the valley Wednesday night for the 2nd half of a home-home series with the Dragons. The Dragons opened the scoring at 28 seconds with a goal from Hendrix who was playing in his 1st home game as a Dragon. Jamieson added to the Dragons lead at 2:45 with assists to Hendrix and Zaharichuk. The Mustangs cut the Dragons lead in half at 10:12 with a marker from Labelle to end the period 2-1 Dragons. The only goal of the 2nd period was scored by Bryton Mills at 3:59 from Vannucci and Deagle. The Dragons put the game away at 9:34 of the 3rd with a goal from Rauckman with assists to Vannucci and Cook. This ended the game with the Dragons winning 4-1. Next Dragons action is this weekend with back to back games. Friday the Camrose Kodiaks will be in town and Saturday the Brooks Bandits are here, both games have a 7:30pm puck drop!
