Dragons Hire New Athletic Therapist

Drumheller, AB: The Dragons are excited to announce that they have hired Kayla Cordingley as the team’s new Athletic Therapist and Equipment Manager!

Kayla Cordingley is a Certified Athletic Therapist and a graduate of Mount Royal University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education with a major in Athletic Therapy. She has experience working across various levels of hockey, including AAA, with Hockey Alberta, and most recently in USport with the Mount Royal University men’s hockey team. Kayla also currently works for the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) with the officiating team. She values the development of athletes both on and off the ice and is committed to creating a supportive environment that fosters health and wellness, resilience, and long-term success.
