Dragons Name Player Awards Winners For 2019/20

On Thursday night, the Drumheller Dragons presented their 2019-2020 Team Awards via video on Facebook and YouTube!

With the cancellation of the 2019-2020 playoffs after round one, the team did not have the opportunity to award their team awards.� The team have created a video presentation with all of the recipients.� Below is a list of all of the award winners for 2019-2020

Volunteer(s) of the Year – Tom Diemert and Bob Bremer
Chinook Financial Junior Dragons Fan Favourite Award – Derrick Budz
Community Involvement Award – Brady Risk
Academic Achievement Award – Myles Hilman
Faubion Family Unsung Hero Award – Ryley Osland
Hardest Working Dragon – Derrick Budz
Most Improved Player – Joel Patsey
Rookie of the Year – Kent Anderson
Top Defenseman – Kent Anderson
Top Scorer – Eric Martin
Playoff MVP – Derrick Budz
Most Valuable Player – Eric Martin
Jeff Hendricks Memorial Scholarship Winner – Brady Risk
The team also congratulated and wished all the best to the 20 year old players that graduated from the team this year.
