Unsung Heroes
“Sometimes you need to sacrifice something that matters to you … to offer something that matters more to someone else!”
There are many people who play key roles in any organization but the Dragons took time out to say a special Thanks to a family that have been an integral part of the Dragons organization for many, many years.
The Faubion family have been volunteering with the Dragons organization since 2005. Jim has had many different roles with the organization – Security, Helping with Dudley and Trainer duties on the bench to say the least. Kari-Ann has also been involved with all aspects of the Dragons. Game Day, at the office, behind the scenes, plus much much more. Bailey working in many different roles and helping out at the office. Joseph working with the team on the bench and helping out the trainers at home and on the road. Nate, of course helping out wherever he could.
Thursday, March 5, Blair Christianson, Governor of the Dragons was proud to honor this outstanding family with a token of our appreciation for the many hours they have dedicated to Dragons hockey.
We are proud to call them our Unsung Heroes!
