Dragons Sign D-Man

The Drumheller Dragons are pleased to announce the signing of Mitchell Torrens and welcome him to the Dragons family. Mitchell, a great skating defenseman with good hockey sense comes to Drumheller from OHA.

Last season in 59 games Torrens scored 6 goals and had 21 assists for a total of 27 points. He also finished the season with 134 penalty minutes.

“I committed to the Drumheller Dragons because I have attended their evaluation camps for the past three years and enjoyed the atmosphere while there. I come from a small town and should fit into the community perfectly. Junior A has always been my goal and I think Drum and Coach Curran are a good fit for my style.” Mitchell Torrens
