The Dragons would like to welcome 18 year old forward, Scott Ivey to the Drumheller Dragons for the upcoming season.
After finishing off his midget career in Fort Saskatchewan, Scott finished the 2013-2014 Season with the South Division Champions as an affiliate player. Head Scout, Wayne Labrie, had this to say about Ivey, “Scott is that power forward that brings a high compete level every night and will keep the opposition teams on their toes.”
The 5ft-10 190 pound Westlock, AB product had this to say about his recent signing, “ I choose the Drumheller Dragons because after coming here for a few camps and then as an affiliate I really liked the town. It’s a small farming community just like my hometown. Being coached by Brian Curran is the other reason as I feel like I can learn so much from him because he is experienced and has been so successful. I am looking forward to starting my junior career in Drumheller.”
