Drumheller, AB: For the third time this season a member of the Dragons has earned AJHL Player of the Week honours! Drumheller Dragons forward Brady Risk is the Canalta Hotels AJHL Player of the Week. The 20 year-old alternate captain scored 4 goals and 5 points in two wins for the Dragons over the weekend.
Brady Risk (Medicine Hat, AB) scored a goal and added an assist versus the Kodiaks on Saturday, January 11th as the Dragons defeated their divisional rival 5-4 in Camrose. Risk picked up his seventh Viterra AHL Star of the Game award on Sunday afternoon when he scored his second hat trick of the season in a 6-1 win over the traveling Fort McMurray Oil Barons.
The fourth year Dragon is second in team scoring with 45 points (23G, 22A) and is averaging 1.1 points per game. Brady is committed to the University of Alaska-Fairbanks Nanooks for the 2020-21 season.
