He has scored 18 goals and put up 44 points in 40 games for the Dragons this season. Over his three seasons with the Dragons, he has played a total of 103 games and recorded 80 points. On top of the offensive production, Simard is one of the top penalty-killers on the team and trusted for his great two-way game and leadership abilities. This season, the captain has led the Dragons to a record of 27-16-4 with an eight game winning streak in November and now currently riding a six game winning streak has they push towards the AJHL playoffs.
