Last week while the kids were off school, Drum FM and the Dragons hosted Tim Horton’s Hockey Day in Drumheller.
On Thursday morning over 150 kids from the Drumheller community donned their helmet and skates and took to the ice with the Dragons players and their loveable mascot, Dudley. Outside, the Tim Horton’s coffee truck and Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs were enjoyed by all in attendance. The event was deemed such a success that there are plans to host another Hockey Day in Drumheller next year.
