Friday, September 15 is the Dragons’ regular season home opener and once again the fun starts with a family friendly tailgate party.
The Dragons have again partnered with Chinook Financial to kick things off in the BCF parking lot at 5:00pm. There will be games, prizes, and tons of fun for the whole family. There will be hot dogs and pop available but fans are welcome to tailgate with their own food as well. There will also be an opportunity to mingle with some of the Dragons players.
“This will be my first home opener with the Dragons, and I am excited to see the community come together to cheer on our hometown team,” said Business Manager Nicky Faye.
At 7:30pm, the fun will move to the Memorial Arena as the Dragons take on the Camrose Kodiaks in their first home game of the regular season. The Dragons faced off against the Kodiaks in preseason action in late August and came away with an 8-5 win.
