Drum FM and the Drumheller Dragons are excited to present Tim Horton’s Hockey Day in Drumheller, a fun event for the whole community to come together for free skating and shinny with the Dragons players. Drum FM will be live on location, Tim Horton’s will have their coffee truck on location, and there will be hot dogs, games and prizes. You can even enter your name to win an autographed Dragons jersey!
The event was originally planned to take place at one of Drumheller’s outdoor rinks, but with the streak of warm weather leaving the outdoor rinks in puddles, the event will be held at the Drumheller Memorial Arena from 10:30am-1:30pm on Thursday, February 18. “With the schools being out for Family Week, Drum FM figured it was the best opportunity to host an event like this, and give the kids something fun to do on their week off school,” said Dragons Business Manager, Amanda Stahl. “We are pleased to be partnering with Drum FM and think it will be a great event.”
Donations will be accepted at the event and 100% of the proceeds will go to Drumheller Minor Hockey.
