Drumheller, AB: The Drumheller Dragons are thrilled to announce that Blake Benson (2001-F) has signed a Letter of Intent for the 2020/2021 season! Benson is from Centennial, Colorado, and will be the third Colorado native to join the Dragons! Blake played 2015-2018 with the Littleton Hawks (CSDHL) & the Cherry Creek High (USHS-CO) programs. He spent the 19?/20? season with the Colorado Thunderbirds 18U AAA club (Tier 1 Elite Hockey League) registering 30G – 33A- 63pts in 62 GP and finished with a +49 rating. He will join Thunderbirds teammate Jack Whitmore in Drumheller next season.
