Kaden Hanas Joins WHL’s Spokane Chiefs

Drumheller, AB: January 9, 2019. The Drumheller Dragons are excited to announce that 19-year-old forward Kaden Hanas has signed a standard WHL Education contract with the Spokane Chiefs of the WHL. Kaden will join the Chiefs in time for games this weekend.

Hanas, the 5’10 right shot power forward from Strathmore Alberta has earned a reputation in the AJHL as an agitator and a very difficult player to play against. In 30 games played this season, Kaden has earned 5 goals, 11 assists, and 87 penalty minutes.

“We are excited for the opportunity Kaden has earned with the Chiefs.” states Coach Kevin Hasselberg. “His passion for the game and his ability to stir the emotions on the ice will be missed by our team. Kaden is a professional and a fan favorite in Drumheller and he will undoubtedly do the same for the Chiefs.”
