Drumheller, AB: The Dragons are excited to announce that incoming recruit, Will McLaughlin, has announced his commitment to play division one hockey at Colorado College!
McLaughlin, who is a native of Canmore, is a 2008 born defenceman and one of two 16 year olds that will be join the Dragons roster for this upcoming season. He is a mobile defenceman with great offensive upside that the Dragons coaching staff can’t wait to begin working with!
Will played this previous season with the Little Caesars U15 AAA program in Detroit. He posted great numbers, with 46 points in 66 games played. He is also a draft pick of the Portland Winterhawks in the WHL and the Muskegon Lumberjacks in the USHL. Will is a high-caliber player and we are excited to see him in Dragons colours this upcoming season!
Dragons fans can watch Will in just two weeks when the Dragons kick off the exhibition season against the Camrose Kodiaks. Tickets are on sale now at tickets.drumhellerdragons.ca.
